Here at Ground Heat we are recognised for our after care service, this includes a number of follow up tweaking sessions which are factored into all jobs. This is probably one of the most important factors into ensuring that you get the most out of your new installation.

All customers are invited to visit our showroom where we have various models of heat pump specifically designed for training. This is key to ensuring the customer has a good understanding of the basic functions that the heat pump can offer.
